MPCC has no wayfinding system

The customer service representative at MPCC receives multiple complaints from patrons that staff members are unable to effectively communicate how to find their desired destination.

Usability testing with patrons and staff showed that patrons were more comfortable identifying rooms by their Number (Room 114), while the staff was accustomed to identifying rooms by their name (Blue Conference Room 1)

By providing patrons and staff with a visual that uses both identification methods, patrons and staff were able to easily understand and communicate how to navigate the building

Different variations of the map are used for rentals (blue), patrons (yellow), and internal use (green).
