2016 Patron Survey Analysis

In December of 2016 The Manassas Park Community Center launched an engagement survey that aimed to better understand it’s patrons use of the facilities both in MPCC, as well as around Manassas Park. 

In May of 2017 MPCC used the results of the survey to set goals for each division going into the next fiscal year. The survey was also made available to the general public on its website to illustrate to the general public that they do value their feedback and encourage their engagement in future surveys.
